[2] By an order dated 26-03-2026, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur, for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties. [3] After rounds of mediation, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and a Settlement Agreement was executed on 31-08-2026, which has been furnished by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Manipur, under cover of a letter dated 10-09-2026. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement arrived at between the parties and that the parties will be bound by the Terms of Settlement arrived at amongst themselves.
