On 20.04.2024, the following order was passed:- “Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that he tried to contact the appellants to get the Power of Attorney, but not response has been received till date. Hence, in this circumstance, issue Court notice to appellants returnable for 10.05.2024.” Accordingly, the Court notice was issued to the appellants for 10.05.2024, on which date appearance was put on behalf of the appellant by Mr. Tarun Brakata, Advocate, vice Mr. Atharv Sharma, Advocate. Time was sought for filing Power of Attorney on behalf of the appellants. Today, Mr. Tarun Brakata, Advocate has appeared and again submitted that the appellants are not responding and hence, he has no instructions. Keeping in view the conduct of appellants, it appears that they are not serious in prosecuting the instant appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
