Further, from a perusal of the records and documents it appears that the petitioner is a Kidney Transplant Survivor. 4. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed and a direction is issued to the Family Court, Puducherry to dispose of HMOP.No.618 of 2023 within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
