This is the second journey of the petitioner with the self-same relief as the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn before this Court vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.2635 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has abetted the suicide of his wife. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that so far ten witnesses have been examined but the material witnesses being the P.Ws. 3 to 6, P.W.8 as well as P.W.10 have not supported the case of the prosecution and they have become hostile and even though the prosecution put leading questions to them still they have not supported the case of the prosecution. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 21.09.2024 as is evident from para-16 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa P.S.
