The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is not considering the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 18.11.2024 and seeks a direction to alter the section of law from section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Crime No.62 of 2024. It is submitted by the learned -2- W.P. No.30584 of 2024 counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's son had committed suicide due to harassment by his wife and mother-in-law. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police have completed the investigation and awaiting for a report from the office of the Assistant Director & officer in-charge R.F.S.L. Tirupati. The learned Assistant Government Pleader also submits that depending upon the F.S.L. report, the appropriate provision of law applies to the facts of the case levelled against the concerned accused. 4.
