ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner, shortly, in the present writ petition is that the petitioner herein dumped the material like Mud, Ash etc., in land situated in Survey No.462 and 519 of Ananthapalli Village, Nallajerla Mandal, East Godavari District on obtaining permission from the 4th respondent/Gram Panchayat. But surprisingly, on 07.12.2024 and 09.12.2024 the 3rd respondent/Assistant Executive Engineer came to the brick unit with JCB and dug a channel by closing the way by causing inconvenience to shift the material for the brick unit.

The learned Standing Counsel representing for the 4th respondent/Gram Panchayat requested this Court that the petitioner should submit a representation to the Gram Panchayat, out rising the grievances and the same will be received by the 4th respondent/Gram Panchayat and provide a timely decision to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed to the said proposal to file application out rising his grievance for shifting the material dumped in the subject land.
4. Ergo, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the petitioner to file a representation to the respondents 3 and 4 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order and on receipt of such representation, both the respondents are

directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for shifting the material dumped by the petitioner herein in the subject land.
5. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
