The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 237 of 2025(N), for the offence under Sections 22(b)(ii)(b)/21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 111(2)(b)/111(3)/111(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Anil Kumar Mishra No.1, learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. On 26.09.2025 at about 2:00 p.m., Kotwali Police apprehended the co-accused Arman Hussain from Somabari Medan, Kotwali. On search, 5.10 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Arman Hussain. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Mishra No.1, learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
