The present application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground of petitioner has been arrested. 2. It is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The second prayer in the application is for directions to the Registrar General of this Court to explain why this case was not listed before this Court after the order dated 05.04.2025.. 4. This Court finds that since the first prayer is allowed, the second prayer made in the withdrawal application cannot be entertained. Even otherwise it does not appears that the petitioner made any effort for listing of case by filing any listing application after the order dated 05.04.2025, therefore, the second prayer of the application is misconceived. 5.
