Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rail P.S. Tatar Nagar Case No. 44 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 338, 336(3), 318(4), 340(2), 180, 182 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, C.K.P., West Singhbhum, Chaibasa.

On 14.05.2025 at about 10.30 am, Adityapur Police apprehended both these petitioners and on search, mobile phones, two 500 rupees note and a wad of blank paper about the size of the note were recovered from their possession. The petitioners could not produce the receipt of the mobile phones.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, C.K.P., West Singhbhum, Chaibasa, in connection with Rail P.S. Tatar Nagar Case No. 44 of 2025.
