A case has been registered against the Petitioners and Others for the offence under section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances Act. 3. Despite enquiries, nO Passengers Claimed the OWnerSh.iP Of the bags. upon opening the bags, police found 22 kgs Of ganja and One Aadhar card belonging to Al and a Cloak room Sl'lP along With Phone number Of A1. On 14.ll.2024, on Credible information, POl®lCe Party reached Renigunta railway Station and found A2 and A3 in Suspicious circumstances and on enquiry they disclosed their ident'lty particulars and they voluntarily confessed their involvement of 'lllegal transportation E* ~f-,J< -_ I I 2 of ganja. poll-ce arreste''d them and got them remanded to judicial Custody. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is at fag end and some more witnesses are yet to be examined. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to showthat the contraband that is allegedly seized in this crime is about 22 kgs of ganja. The petitioners were arrested on 14.ll.2024 and since then they are in judicial remand. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that investl-gation is completed and charge sheet could not be filed for want of inventory and RFSL Report. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and cI-rCumStanCeS Of the Case, this Court l's inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioners/A2 and A3 herein shall be released on their executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nel]ore; (ii) On release, the petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet. 8.
