Case No.102 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 4, 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. From the records it appears that the victim had eloped with the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. 5.
