OMP(M) Nos.214 & 212 of 2025 Both these applications seek condonation of delay in filing the respective objections by the objectors in the present two petitions arising out of the same award. In OMP(M) No.212/2025, there is a delay of one day, whereas in OMP(M) No.214/2025, the delay is of twenty three days. The non- applicants/respondents in both matters have no objection for condoning delay, which is otherwise within the extendable period as permissible under the provisions of the Act. In view of the reasons stated in the applications and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, both the applications are allowed. Delay in filing the objections in both matters is condoned. The applications stand disposed of accordingly. Arbitration Case Nos.___________/2025 Both the arbitration cases be registered.
