1. Learned counsels for the parties’ state that the Supreme Court vide
order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1983/2025 filed by the defendant herein has allowed the said transfer petition and
directed that this suit be transferred to Bombay High Court, to be tried along with Commercial IP (L) No. 19837/2025.

Learned counsel for the defendants submits that he has already filed his written statement dated 04.11.2025 along with affidavit of admission/denial of plaintiff’s documents and its document.
2.1. He states that orders for taking the said pleading, affidavit and documents may be taken on record so that the file is complete before it is remitted for transfer.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he has no objection to the said submission of the defendants and consents to the written statement, This is a digitally signed order. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement of the parties, the Registry is
directed to place the written statement, affidavit of admission/denial of plaintiff’s documents and the documents filed by the defendants on record.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly request for the matter to be placed before the concerned Registrar so that the e-files can be transmitted to official email-id of the Registrar of Bombay High Court for expeditious compliance of the order dated 17.10.2025.
6. In view of the aforesaid submissions of the parties, the Registry is
directed to take steps for implementing the directions of transfer expeditiously, in accordance with the Rules.
7. With these directions, these proceedings are closed. The matter need not be listed before the Court.
8. List on 10.11.2025 before the concerned Registrar for the aforesaid purpose.
9. The date of 08.12.2025 before the Joint Registrar (J) stands cancelled.
