Case No. 47 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(2) and 308(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 17 of C.L.A. Act (Cognizance taken under section 308(2), 308(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 17 of C.L.A. Act), pending in the court of Sri R. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. On 14.12.2024, demand of extortion was made from the Informant by co-accused Pratap who is the member of Naxal organization. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name had transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by the coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.
