Grievance of the petitioner is against an order dated 06.12.2024 (Annex.5), vide which petitioner was posted at Vanani Bhilo Ki Dhani while adjusting several teachers who have been delcared surplus. 2. Learned counsel for the submits that a Grievance Redressal Committee both at District as well as Division Level has been constituted by the respondents and the petitioner may be granted liberty to appraoch the said committee by way of an appropriate representation. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail his remedy by filing representation before the Committee, ibid. 4. The present petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 5. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the Committee, ibid, operation and effect of the impugned order dated 06.12.2024 (Annex.5), qua the petitioner, shall remain stayed. 6. In case, appropriate representation is not filed before the grievance committee, instant stay order shall automatically stand vacated after four weeks with effect from today. 7.
