(Oral) The challenge in this petition is made to a notice dated 21.02.2025 issued by the respondent no.4, by which, the petitioner has been required to remove the encroachment or else it would be removed by the respondent no.4. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent no.4 is going to remove the construction of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 would submit that the petitioner was given a notice to which he has replied. The reply was placed before a Committee, which is examining the matter. He would submit that until the Committee takes a decision, no action is to be taken. 2 5. The Court takes on record the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4. 6. On the reply of the petitioner, whatever decision is taken by the Committee that shall be communicated to the petitioner and immediate action shall not be taken on it, unless the petitioner is provided opportunity to seek such remedy as is admissible under the law. 7.
