In terms of the application, which is dated 16.07.2025, three weeks time was granted to do the needful. Though in terms of the averments made in the application, the same stands rendered infructuous, however, the application is disposed of with the observation that in case the judgment is not complied with till date, then let the needful be done by 30.11.2025. At this stage, learned Assistant Advocate General, on instructions, states that the petitioner is not cooperating with the Committee and he is not providing the necessary documents. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will fully cooperate with the Committee and provide necessary documents if in his possession.
