The record shows that there was interim suspension of the impugned orders on 26.04.2006. Vide orders dated 14.12.2006, the interim order dated 26.04.2006 is made absolute. 3. The observations made in the orders dated 14.12.2006 shows that the impugned order was initially challenged before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and by virtue of the interim order granted by the Tribunal, the petitioner continued in service. This Court further observed in the said orders that though impugned order is termed as order of suspension. the same is not preceded by any enquiry. 4. Considering the observation made by this Court vide orders dated 14.12.2006 that the impugned suspension order is not preceded by any enquiry and since the petitioner has been continuing in service initially by virtue of the interim orders granted by the Tribunal and later by this Court since the year 2006, this Court, without going into merits of the matter. deems it fit to dispose of this writ petition making the interim orders as final orders. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, suspending the impugned suspension notice vide Rc.No.l450/A/2003, However, this order would not preclude the dated 17.12.2003. respondents from taking steps against the petitioner in accordance with iaw, if so advised.
