Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had earlier filed WPCR No. 372 of 2025 before this Court, which was allowed vide order dated 09.07.2025. However, due to a typographical error, in paragraph 09 of the said order, the impugned order has been referred to as that of the District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.), whereas in fact it pertains to the District Magistrate, Kabirdham (C.G.). Hence, necessary correction is sought. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer. 4. In view of the above submission, the present MCC is allowed. It is directed that in the order dated 09.07.2025 passed in WPCR No. 372 of 2025, the words “District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.)” shall be read as “District Magistrate, Kabirdham (C.G.)”. 3 5.
