Learned counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit is ready but the same has not been filed as the matter was on Board. 3. In view of such submission, the said counter affidavit is taken on record. 4. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanbad G.R. P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025, registered under sections 8(C)/20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co- accused. He further submits that allegations are made that 11kg 20 grams ganga has been recovered. He then submits that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He also submits that counter affidavit has been served upon him and there is no averment so far criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits ( 2025:JHHC:33808 ) that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused. 7. Considering that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused, nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and counter affidavit which is on record, there is no averment so far criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned. 8. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad G.R. P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.12.11.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
