Following order was passed in this matter on 03.11.2025:- “Learned Assistant Advocate General has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.5000/- drawn in favour of the petitioner, to his learned counsel. Learned Assistant Advocate General submits that compliance affidavit has been filed in the Registry of this Court, a copy whereof was made available for perusal. Alongwith the compliance affidavit, consideration order dated 28.10.2025 has been appended, but there is no pay fixation carried out on the basis of said order. Let the respondent place on record the pay fixation order of the petitioner. List on 07.11.2025.” 2.
