Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21507 of 2024 by the order dated 04.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.133 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21507 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
