With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage.

Petitioner is serving as Ayurvedic Medical Officer at Ayurvedic Health Centre Lohardi, Sub-Division Baijnath, District Kangra, stated to be a hard area falling under the applicable transfer policy. Her case is that on completion of

the requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, she preferred a representation on 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer to a soft area of her preference, also highlighting therein her adverse family circumstances. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
