The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Crl.A.No.140 of 2013 itself was allowed on 20.10.2014 by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, (FTC), Bhimavaram. Hence, the revision case has become infructuous and requested to pass orders. 2.
