Mr. Mondal, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, correctly points out that in the order dated 6th August, 2025, the name of the petitioner has been erroneously recorded as “Asoke Kumar Jena” in place of “Asoke Kumar Jana” and in the fourth line of the third paragraph of that order the word “Block-C” has been erroneously recorded in place of the word “Block-B”. Errors are merely typographical and ministerial in nature. Office is directed to take necessary steps accordingly. This order be read in conjunction with the order dated 6th August, 2025. 2 Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
