Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 748 of 2024 arising out of Kanke P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2447 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-XVII, Ranchi. 3. On 02.07.2024, petitioner was getting his boundary wall constructed over a Garmajarua Government land. When the Informant tried to stop him from doing so, it is alleged that somebody fired at him. However, no injury was caused to him. 4. Learned A.P.P submitted that the petitioner is a land grabber. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C-XVII, Ranchi in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 748 of 2024 arising out of Kanke P.S.
