2. Vinod Kumar S/o Ghewar Chand, R/o Tehsil Ahore, Dist Jalore (Raj) ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Madan Lal Balai For Respondent(s) : Mr. Narendra Gehlot, PP with Mr. OP Choudhary HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR GARG Order 10/01/2025 The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.186/2022 of Police Station Ahore, District Jalore, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC. She has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has falsely been implicated in this case. Offences are triable by the Magistrate and co-accused Shripal Gadiya has already been enlarged on bail by this Court and the case of the present petitioner is similar to that of the co-accused. The accused-petitioner is in judicial custody and the trial of the case will take sufficient long time to be concluded. Therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioner.
[2025:RJ-JD:1752] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-260/2025] Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Sec.483 of BNSS is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Pushpa W/o Late Shri Dinesh Kumar shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.186/2022 of Police Station Ahore, District Jalore, provided she executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for her appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
