Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:67574 Court No. - 6 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 11472 of 2025 Applicant :- Moharpal Maurya Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Heard Sri Om Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This is a case of human trafficking, therefore there is no justifiable reason to consider present bail application, even if in the statement of the victim recorded during trial, she has not named the applicant though she has specifically stated his name in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as well as there is a possibility that in case bail is granted, applicant will try to influence other witnesses. Therefore, at this stage, bail application is rejected. 3. However, after substantial period, if the trial is not proceeded much, applicant will be at liberty to approach this Court or trial court along with status of trial.
