---- 03/08.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State through V.C.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No.160 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Simdega.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of taking money and certain amount has already been returned by the petitioner and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner.
5. In the order of learned Sessions Judge it has come that

paragraph No.7 of the case diary shows that from 05.07.2022 to 06.03.2023 the informant has given total amount of Rs.3,82,971/- to the petitioner through 15 online transactions and out of which the petitioner has returned only Rs.1,45,800/- to the informant and the rest amount of Rs.2,37,171/- is still due.
6. In view of the above, it transpires that certain amount has already been paid by the petitioner and the dispute is there of not refunding of further certain amount. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Simdega in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No.160 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
