Certificates in the name of Respondent No.11 issued by Respondent Nos.6 to 8 and to pass ….” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Police verified the allegations made in the complaint and came to the conclusion that certificates of the unofficial respondent No.11 are indisputable. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the information of the Police, if so advised. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take further course of action, if so advised.
