years by virtue of the interim orders of this Hon'ble Court in their favour till a decision has been taken by the 4th respondent-Board dated 26.7.2016, as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unconstitutional, being in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, binding principles of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4, to pay the salary with all consequential benefits on par with the employees continued in service by virtue of the interim orders passed by this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.M.P. No. 45914 of 2014 in W.P. No. 36692 of 2014, dated 13.7.2016, and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
IA NO: 1 OF 2016(WPMP 41690 OF 2016 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 3 and 4, to take an appropriate decision with regard to payment of salaries and other benefits to the petitioner herein on par with the other employees continued in service by virtue of the Interim Orders passed by this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.M.P. No. 45914 of 2014 in W.P. No. 36692 of 2014, dated 13.7.2016" beyond 58 years, in the ensuing Board meeting and submit a report before this Hon'ble Court, pending the disposal of the above Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
