The petitioner in the instant writ petition has sought a direction against the respondent to regularize his services. 3. The respondents have filed reply along with documents and have stated that services of petitioner have already been regularized w.e.f. 01.04.2011 and orders in this regard have been passed on 28.06.2019 & 14.08.2019 i.e., during the pendency of [2025:RJ-JP:17696] (2 of 2) [CW-27240/2018] the writ petition. Thereafter, petitioner has already attained age of superannuation and has retired w.e.f. 31.07.2019; and has also been granted the benefits due towards him. 4.
