1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to her in case FIR No.05, dated 17.01.2025, under Sections 318(4) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a compromise and both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement/agreement dated 15.05.2025, which has been signed by both the parties, in the presence of the Mediator.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

5. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 20.03.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
