Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 20(B)ii(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 470 grams of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the seized cannabis comes within the purview of small quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Nagri P.S.
