CMP No.27729 of 2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(f) for release of the balance awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 2. As per the applicants, since the subject matter stands finally decided by this Hon’ble Court, therefore, it is prayed that entire balance amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest may be released in their favour. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the non- applicants/appellants submitted that he does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the amount is released in favour of the applicants as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 14.03.2024, passed by this Court and the same has attained finality. 4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavits of applicants and also in view of the fact that the judgment passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire balance amount of compensation, along with up-to-date interest, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in favour of the applicants/ respondents No.1(a) to 1(f), in equal shares qua the share of deceased Sukh Ram, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, copies whereof have been annexed with the application.
