ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to modify the entry in the RTC extracts and also conduct survey and effect dharakast phodi in respect of the subject land in terms of the order dated 01.10.2015 (Annexure-A) passed by the Special Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore District.
3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties, respondent No.4 is
directed to consider the case of the petitioner for making entry in the revenue records in terms of the order dated 01.10.2015 (Annexure-A) passed by the Special Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore District, in accordance with law, within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this
order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. The respondent No.4 shall consider the claim made by the petitioner in accordance with law. In so far as the claim made by the petitioner vide representation dated 28.11.2024, seeking phody and durust, as per Annexure-D is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondent - authorities through online. If such online application is made by the petitioner, the respondent - authorities shall consider the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
