As per the aforesaid letter, the payment of Rs.54,30,927/- was made under CFMS Bill.No.2024-1189015 vide reference No.RBI0872535658746. 04. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 23.09.2024 in W.P.No.2809 of 2024 had been complied and payment had been received and that the contempt case may be closed. 05. Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
