This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.12.2025 passed in Cr. Revision No.1124 of 2024, wherein, it has been pointed out in Para-10 of the order, the father’s name of the petitioner was wrongly typed as Pinku Sah in place of Tinku Sah. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly typed in the Criminal Revision No.1124 of 2024 as Pinku in place of Tinku and she also submits that she may kindly be allowed to correct the name of the father of the petitioner in the said criminal revision and further prays to modify the order dated 09.12.2025 to the extent, wherein in Para 10 of the order, the name of the father be read as Tinku Sah in place of Pinku Sah. 4. The said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the State. 5. In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is allowed to correct the name of the father of the petitioner in criminal revision as 2025:JHHC:38543 2 Tinku Sah, in place of Pinku Sah and in Para 10 of the order dated 09.12.2025 passed in Cr. Revision No.1124 of 2024, the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Tinku Sah in place of Pinku Sah. 6. The order dated 09.12.2025 passed in Cr. Revision No.1124 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only. 7. As such, this Cr.M.P. filed for modification is allowed and disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 22.12.2025 R.Kumar
