Petitioner’s grievance is that though the respondents have conferred upon him retrospective work charge status under office order dated 03.09.2020 (Annexure P-1), however consequent pay fixation order has not been passed till date.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2/ competent authority to pass appropriate pay fixation order in view of office order dated 03.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) conferring retrospective work charge status upon the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from today. The order so passed, be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
