The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simaria P.S. Case No. 96/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1000/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 385 & 387 of the I.P.C. and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. On 12.07.2019, petitioner including 20-25 persons belonging to MCC naxal cadre came to the worksite of the informant and started demanding levy. They also beat the labourers, who were present there. 4. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co- ordinate bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Simaria P.S.
