Heard Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, for R1 to R3 and Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel for R4. 3. It is seen from records that the 5th respondent in these writ petitions already filed W.P.No.4363 of 2024, challenging the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 23.06.2023. The writ petition was disposed of by an order, dated 22.02.2024, and the order passed by the District Registrar was set aside and the parties were directed to work out their remedy before the competent civil court. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.9169 and 9174 of 2025 4. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the fourth respondent has already filed a suit in OS No.201 of 2024 before the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tindivanam and the said suit is pending. 5. In the light of the above development, taking note of the earlier order passed in W.P.No.4363 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024, this Court holds that the order passed by the second respondent dated 23.06.2023 has already been set aside and the same is recorded and it is left open to the fourth respondent to work out her remedy in the pending suit. 6. These writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
