(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to pass an appropriate order quashing/setting aside the F.I.R. dated 14-09-2019 bearing Crime No. 199/2019 registered before Police Station Patthalgaon, Chhattisgarh in the ends of justice. Jashpur. (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State as well as counsel for the respondent No.2 would submit that charges have been framed and the trial is in progress. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this CRMP with liberty to take appropriate recourse of law. 4.
