CMP-T No. 655 of 2025 Upon transfer of the matter from the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, the case is being listed for the first time. The office report indicates that Respondent No. 4 (Saurav Sharma) and Respondent No. 5 (Praveen Kumar) have not been served. In these circumstances, the prayer for early hearing is not pressed at this stage and the application stands disposed of accordingly.
