Heard Sri Surendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abrar Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following relief: "I. Issue a writ, of mandamus direct the Respondent no.2 for issuing a joining order of the petitioner for joining his as Constable/General Duty in CRPF through appointment letter issue on 23 December 2024." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is premature at this stage as petitioner has already been issued with the show cause notice dated 18.03.2025, copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure no.4 to the petition. 4. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he also submitted reply to the show cause notice vide registered letter dated 24.03.2025 and yet no decision has been taken till date. Copy of the reply is annexed as Annexure No.5 to the petition. 5. In the given facts and circumstances of the case I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage particularly when the relief which is claimed for in the face of the fact that the petitioner was issued with show cause notice which he has already replied to. 6. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority in the matter to decide the matter of show cause notice considering the reply of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order.
