2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for consideration of representation dated 21.11.2022 (Annexure-G), to effect the change of khata in respect of the subject land.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from the writ papers that, the

respondent-authorities have granted 30 guntas of land in Sy.No.13 sitaute at Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk in favour of father of the petitioner and it is also stated that the father of the petitioner died on 21.01.2010 leaving behind the petitioner and others as legal representatives.
4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent No.2-Thasildar, is directed to consider the representation dated 21.11.2022 (Annexure-G) in accordance with law within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
