Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the anticipatory bail application MCRCA No. 846 of 2025 was moved on behalf of the applicants and other two co-accused persons namely, Mhohar Yadav and Jagdish Yadav, and the same was rejected by this Court with respect to the petitioners on 19.06.2025, but inadvertently in para 6 of the order dated 19.06.2025, in stead of transcribing ‘anticipatory bail’, ‘regular bail’ has been transcribed, hence, ‘regular bail’ should be transcribed in place of ‘anticipatory bail’ in para 6 of the order dated 19.06.2025. 3. From perusal of the order sought to be modified, it appears that there are certain mistakes crept in para 06 of the said order, which needs to be modified, hence para 06 of the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in MCRCA No. 846 of 2025 be modified and reads as under: “6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation levelled against the applicants and the fact that the complainant party received injuries on head and other vital parts of the body, which are serious in nature thus, this Court is of the opinion that is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant No. 2-Mukesh Yadav, applicant No.4-Rajesh Yadav, applicant No.5-Kamlesh Yadav and applicant No.6-Sonu Yadav. Accordingly, this bail application of above applicants involved in Crime No. 86/2025, registered at Police Station Lundra, District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 296, 351(3), 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 333 & 109(1) of BNS, is rejected at this stage. ” 3 4.
