Today when the matter is taken up, it is very fairly informed by Sri Pawan Shukla, learned cousnel for the petitioner that on the complaint made by his client, order dated 15.04.2025 has been passed by the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kaushambi against Gram Pradhan Shafiqa Begum and the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted and no further order is required to be passed in the matter and prays to dismiss the present petition as having become infructuous. . 2. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that since the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, no further order is required to be passed in the matter and the present petition has now become infructuous. 3.
