Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the
order passed by this Court dated 05.06.2025 read with order dated 30.07.2025 has not been complied with.
2. As a matter of fact, vide order dated 05.06.2025, notice impugned in this petition was stayed, subject to petitioners’ depositing 50% of the outstanding amount within a period of four weeks. The said
order was not complied with by the petitioners and on their request, this Court vide order dated 30.07.2025, extended time to comply with the order dated 05.06.2025 by three weeks. More than three weeks have passed but the outstanding amount has not been deposited till date and today when the case was called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

3. We are, therefore, of the opinion that the petitioners are avoiding to appear in the Court for the reason that they have failed to comply with the interim direction passed by this Court.
4. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
