On query, he submits, they are co-sharers. He submits further, his client made representation dated 8th January, 2025 to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Bulandshahr. There be direction for said respondent to consider the representation and take steps. Mr. Mohan Srivastav, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice on private respondents. Instead, respondent no.2 is directed to consider and deal with representation dated 8th January, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to said respondent, who, for purpose of considering the representation, may notice private respondents and take appropriate action. In event said respondent finds no action is to be taken, same is to be informed to petitioner within three weeks of the communication. The writ petition is disposed of.
