The grievance of the petitioner is that, the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal has not considered his application for vacation of the interim order granted by it despite the lapse of two years. The petitioner is in effect seeking for a mandamus to direct the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the matter and dispose of the Appeal No.110/2023 dated 17.03.2023. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10579 WP No. 33497 of 2024 2. In the light of these prayers, notice to the respondents is dispensed with since they would not be effected by the order that I propose to pass now. 3.
